Having been in Classical Ballet training for well over a decade, Ailyn opened Nylia Ballet Academy in El Paso, Texas. She hopes to create a new generation of dancers with a passion for the classical art of Ballet.

Ailyn also discovered her passion for stretching when she joined ballet. Having been working on her flexibility for half her life now, Ailyn has dedicated herself to improving her contortion skills. She loves to share her passion by instructing flexibility classes.

Using her software skills, she also developed the academy website using React and AWS Amplify from scratch.​
